Goods which are unfit for consumption can be returned for a full refund or exchange, if we are informed within 2 days of delivery and the package is returned to us within 7 days , with the original packaging, labelling and Larabakes receipt. Please note any damage before accepting delivery and notify us immediately if it appears package has been damaged in transit and please retain all packaging. Do not dispose of the product unless directed to do so by Customer Services or you may not be able to be refunded.
As we aim to despatch all orders as soon as possible, if you wish to change or cancel an order before despatch please contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org
Please have the following details to hand:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Date of the order
Where possible we will try and prevent your order from being despatched but we may have already packaged your order and sent it to you.
If this is the case then we cannot always stop the goods from arriving as ordered. In such cases, once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us within 7 days of delivery. We will refund the cost of the item but not the cost of delivery to you or of returning the goods to us. We will only do this provided you have contacted us and informed us of your intent to do so and the goods have not been opened or damaged.
