Description of Recipe:-

CINNAMON SUGAR SOFT PRETZEL RECIPE

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

You will need: Larabakes Dough Mix, Larabakes Cinnamon Sugar Mix, Rolling pin, pastry brush, 40g butter melted (unsalted is best). (Optional for Icing glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, 1-2 Tablespoons milk)

 

1.            Please follow instructions in your baking kit or dough mix to where you leave the dough to rest after kneading.

 

2.             Preheat oven to 200°C (conventional oven).

 

3.             Lightly grease a baking tray with oil or line with a baking sheet. Set next to your working area.

 

4.             Turn the dough out onto a  clean surface and roll out into a thin rectangle

 

5.          Brush with the melted butter and top with the contents of the Cinnamon Sugar pack

 

6.          Gently but tightly roll up the dough from one end to the other. With the seam side down, cut the dough into about 2 inch sections with a serrated knife.

 

7.          Place the cut rolls onto the greased baking tray, slightly touching and bake for approximately 15 minutes.

 

 

Icing Glaze

8.          Mix powdered sugar, vanilla extract and enough milk to reach the desired pouring consistency.

 

9.          Drizzle Icing over warm buns.

 

10.          Best enjoyed warm.
